FATAL SURVEY: A short horror visual novel game made in HTML with 2 different endings.
You wake up in a strange dark room. Nothing is in the room except an old computer that seems to be open to a survey. You may as well complete it to pass the time....
WARNING: This game contains graphical violence and strobe lighting, it may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy and young children.
